The Kazinga Channel is the honeypot of Queen Elizabeth National Park that is well known for its Boat cruise, Game Viewing and Bird Watching. Located 2 hours from Mbarara Town. This is the point where the Lake George meets the Lake Edward forming a wide 32 Km long natural Channel. The Kazinga Channel plays host to large herds of Elephant along its shores, schools of Hippos, hundreds of birdlife species will all grant you a memorable experience on these shores.

A 2 hour boat safari can be booked to ensure a visitors enjoys the ultimate sight and sounds of the Queen Elizabeth safari park. The accommodation near the Kazinga Channel include the Mweya Safari Lodge, the Bush Lodge, Kazinga view Lodge among others.
