2 Days Gorilla and Chimpanzee Safari is one of the best Uganda Primate Safari that takes you off to the home of Uganda Chimpanzees in Kalinzu forest  and Mountain Gorillas in Bwindi Impenetrable forest thatr exists as a natural wonder habituating more than 15 mountain gorilla families

The Bwindi Impenetrable Forest in South western Uganda approximately 3 hours drive from Mbarara Town is the best destination for mountain gorilla trekking, whereas the Kalizu Forest just 1 and half hours from Mbarara Town is one the best for chimpanzee Trekking..

Itinerary.

Day 1: We start from Mbarara at 5.00 am

We will drive appx, 2 hours to begin our chimpanze trek at Kalinzu Forest near Queen Elizabeth National Park which lasts another 3-4 hours. We take a lunch break at one of the nice lodges for an hour. Then drive to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest through Queen Elizabeth National park which lasts another 3 hours. We have Dinner and Overnight.

Day 2: We have early breakfast and head to the briefing point for the Gorilla Trek. The Trek will last anywhere between 4-8 hours. Its advisable to carry along parked lunch. After the trek, we set off for return to Mbarara.

We charge $1,O9O per person

What does it Include?

This includes Ground Transportation in 4×4, Gorilla Trekking Permit, the Chimpanzee Permit at Kalinzu.

What is not included?

These costs exclude Accommodation, meals, drinks, travel insurance and other expenses of a personal nature.

How do I confirm ths tour?

We require a 30% deposit + Gorilla Permit fees *$8OO* to confirm booking and balance in cash before tour commences.
